Material quality
Our commitment to environmentally responsible decisions is evident in our choice of materials and their impact on our production processes. Explore the significance of our material selections in promoting a future where sustainability and product quality go hand in hand.
Lamination Production
The process of creating laminated materials, where multiple layers of materials are bonded together to enhance their properties or create composite materials with specific characteristics.

Each body part exists of 2 moulds that will shape the materials inside.

Layers of binding agent and base material are added and the moulds are closed.

After the curing process is completed, the new product is ready for finishing.
Production qualities

Fibre Reinforced Polyester (FRP)
Advantages
Low mould cost
No mould lines
Endless possibilities of finishes
End of life
Waste to energy program
Rebirth program
Production process
The fibreglass matting is reinforced by lowstyrene polyester resin in moulds via lamination technique.

Bio Fibre Reinforced Bio Resin (BIO-FRP)
Advantages
Low mould cost
No mould lines
Smaller carbon footprint than traditional FRP
Endless possibilities of finishes
End of life
Waste to energy program
Rebirth program
Production process
Just like the standard FRP quality, the production process for BioFRP is the lamination technique. To produce BioFRP products, we offer a wide choice of responsibly sourced natural fibres to replace the fibre glass matting such as: raffia, ramie (Chinese grass), flax, recycled polyester from PET bottles, … The traditional polyester resin is replaced by bio resin Susterra®
from Dupont Tate and Lyle. As for the recycled polyester from PET bottles, we have a GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certificate available.

100% Biodegradable (RECO)
Advantages
Low mould cost
No mould lines
Fully biodegradable solution
Easy to remove fittings
End of life
Rebirth program
Compostable program
Production process
The RECO quality is produced via the lamination technique. The RECO quality exists of 100% natural raw materials and bio waste in combination with an organic binding agent. Are you curious about more details and the exact options?

Materials Overview
At the core of our mannequin production is the base material. This foundational component serves as the structural backbone for the mannequins, shaping their form and functionality.

Raffia
Raffia, a natural fiber derived from the leaves of palm trees, stands as a testament to sustainable sourcing. Its eco-friendly properties, biodegradability, and renewable nature make it an ideal choice.

Ramie
Ramie is referred to as “China grass” because it is a plant native to eastern Asia, particularly China, where it has been cultivated for thousands of years. Ramie is valued for its strong, durable fibers.

Viscose
Viscose, derived from renewable wood pulp, is an eco-friendly material choice. Its sustainable attributes to biodegradability and low environmental impact in production.

Flax
Flax stands as a sustainable material due to its renewability, low environmental impact, biodegradability and support for local agriculture further solidify its role in eco-conscious practices.

Waxed Fibreglass
Waxed fiberglass is a common base material in mannequin industry, offering a smooth, polished surface and enhanced durability. The wax coating improves aesthetics and longevity.
Binding Agents
The binding agent is the unsung hero in our mannequin construction. It’s responsible for the durability and integrity of our mannequins, ensuring they maintain their shape and strength, even in the most demanding retail environments.

Clothing Hangers
In 2023 solar panels ware installed at our clothing hanger production facility. This contributes substantially to resolving electricity supply limitations in the coming years, as well as enhancing the power infrastructure in the industrial zone where we operate.
Production site
For production of all our hangers, we use environmentally friendly paint, which has been verified by SGS test reports. This choice is part of our effort to minimize environmental.
During the production process, the cutting and polishing of wood generate small particles and powders. To address this, we employ high-power extraction machines to collect these byproducts. These collected materials are then handled by a specialized company that transforms them into composite boards for reuse, ensuring that waste is minimized and repurposed effectively.

Wood hangers
Our wooden hangers are made from sustainably sourced wood, certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). This ensures that the wood is harvested from forests that are managed responsibly, maintaining biodiversity and benefiting local communities.

Wheat straw plastic hangers
These hangers are made from a blend of wheat straw (60% – 80%) and recycled PP (20% – 40%), reducing the use of virgin plastics and repurposing agricultural waste.

Plastic hangers
Our plastic hangers are made from PP, a thermoplastic polymer known for its strength, versatility, and recyclability. PP is more environmentally friendly compared to other plastics due to its lower production impact and ease of recycling.

Metal hangers
Our metal hangers are made from steel which is known for its durability and longevity. This reduces the need for frequent replacements, thereby lessening environmental impact over time.
