Only customers who have placed and received an order (either delivered or collected) are invited to leave a verified review.

Each review is linked to a specific order, ensuring traceability.

Reviews written by BEST MANNEQUINS employees are automatically removed to avoid conflicts of interest.

2. Where are reviews published?

All verified reviews are published in full on Trustpilot.

On bestmannequins.be, we show selected reviews on product or themed pages – for example, only 3-, 4- and 5-star reviews, depending on the context.

3. When can a review be rejected or removed?

BEST MANNEQUINS reserves the right to reject or remove reviews in the following cases:

• The review is not based on a genuine purchase
• The content includes offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language
• The review contains false or misleading information
• The review promotes other businesses (e.g. ads, links, or promotions)
• The review is written by a BEST MANNEQUINS employee
• The review includes sensitive or private information

4. Are reviews ever edited?

No. Reviews are never altered. Even minor spelling or grammar mistakes are left untouched to preserve the authenticity of the customer’s message.

5. How are reviews displayed?

On Trustpilot, all reviews are shown and ranked using their default algorithm.

On our own webshop, reviews are displayed based on clear selection criteria, which are always stated near the review section.

6. How to report a fake or misleading review?
