In a briefing session with the customer, we listen, advise and make a detailed draft of design proposals.
3D SCULPTING
Our 3D sculptor visualizes from scratch or based on a model scan a fully functional mannequin design.
RENDER
Without losing sight of your individual needs and ideas, the result is visualized in a lifelike 3D rendering.
3D PRINT
Using our fleet of 3D printers, in just 72H, the mannequin is ready for test fitting of clothing.
Full print studio
Once the designs are ready for printing, our 3D print studio takes over, in total we have 7 industrial 3D printers. This allows us to print a full mannequin in 72 hours. When all body parts are printed, they are gathered in our atelier, where the mannequin is cleaned and assembled. Afterwards, we start testing the mannequin with our extensive wardrobe for fitting purpose and user-friendliness.
Sustainability is key
Sustainability is always on top of everything we do, and 3D printing is no different. We don’t only recycle the filament used in production of our 3D mannequins, but also the filament rolls.
