IN SHORT
In this blog, we proudly look back on a special collaboration with the FIBA Foundation. During an exclusive world event at Kraftwerk Berlin on April 21, 2026, our white Omnia and black Oxford torsos were used to stylishly present legendary, historic basketball uniforms and unique sports memorabilia. We take you behind the scenes of this breathtaking exhibition where sports history met modern design.
HISTORIC JERSEYS ON A MODERN BASE
To showcase the legendary basketball history, the FIBA Foundation chose a combination of items from our collection:
- White Omnia Torsos: With their clean, timeless design, they formed the ideal base for the light-colored uniforms. These white torsos blend into the presentation, keeping the focus entirely on the jerseys and details like the signatures
- Black Oxford Torsos: These were used to create a strong, stylish contrast, making the vibrant colors of the jerseys really stand out.
FROM LEGEND SUE BIRD TO A NOSTALGIC SUITCASE
The exhibition took guests on a journey through the sport's history. Alongside the legendary jerseys of icons like WNBA star Sue Bird, creative displays brought the stories to life. A vintage travel suitcase packed with retro shorts and historic leather basketballs made the rich history of the sport truly tangible.
Set against the raw concrete of Kraftwerk Berlin and lit with atmospheric red and blue lights, the presentation looked absolutely stunning.
Proud to deliver the perfect fit
At BINK, we believe that a torso or mannequin is more than just a product, it tells a story. Whether it is for the latest fashion trends in a retail chain or, in this case, the priceless jerseys of the world's best athletes, we make sure it fits perfectly.
A big thank you to the FIBA Foundation for choosing our products and for sharing these great photos. We are already looking forward to the World Cup this September!
