The material does not dent easily, so it can be pinned much more often than other materials. This Couture child dress form for approx. 4 years is a durable dress form for the shop floor, with legs. It is made of expanded PU and professionally finished in ecru woven fabric.
The idea comes from the tailor's atelier of the past, where every measurement was taken by hand and the fabric was pinned straight onto the form. That authentic way of working lives on in this bust. A dedicated pattern is developed for every bust, so the fabric fits closely and the seams are stitched neat and straight. The bust is made of expanded PU, a durable material with a higher density than, for example, PE foam. It does not dent easily, so it holds up to much more pinning than busts made of other materials.
The head is abstract and removable, and a headless display is easy with the included neck cap. Prefer a look without arms? The included arm cover blocks make that easy. The bust slides over the pole of a stand and is fixed there with an integrated connector in the leg, which makes the height adjustable. Arms and stand are not included with this dress form. Please order them separately.
